Hey BP,So today I was out driving for dollars again (its kinda becoming a thing lol) and came across an old abandoned house in a neighborhood that I used to hang out in.

I have been keeping my head down, doing research, and getting to know the surrounding markets.

This issue has effected me widely and created a major safety concern if I want to drive for dollars  and look for properties . 

The properties in question are ones that I find by driving for $$$. 

It drives me crazy because it adds 15-20 days to the loan process.  

I suggest as a beginner investor you buy something you can drive to as a first investment.  

Asheville or surrounding communities?

Don't sell because of fear - that you'll regret it if you pass up this money or your property won't sell because it's surrounded by townhouses (Really!?!
