However, if you had put your request to them in writing, this time, that you wanted to meet with the Vendor, then this might be evidence for you to at least bring it before a Judge, providing this wasn’t an emergency..If the job was an emergency that couldn't wait for you to come to the site immediately, then the PM may have had to do what they had to do in order to protect the building, the unit, the tenant and their belongings.
