Unfortunately, I've found most people claiming to be wholesalers, don't really have good deals (just being honest), just marginal opportunities.If your end goal is to learn how to flip, then I would find out who the "players" are in my local market and find a way to add value to their business.

Several big players bought up large parcels of land in California in 2010.

Because what once was an area with 70% of the housing stock being 2-4 units it is now less than 50% because developers are converting the 2-4 buildings to SFH and selling them to Cubs and Blackhawks players with kids who want to go to a top rated school. 

Find the big players in Louisville on BP.Add the keywords "Louisville" and/or "Kentucky" to the BP keyword alerts.

Seems like there are quite a few big players in the rental market there but time will tell in my first 2. 

As well as Apple, Microsoft etc. etc.Do it the right way, have pride in your business and dominate!

Just think logically, many major league baseball players pay top $$ for their gloves and bats.

However, I think the dominant mechanism the gov-mint will use is inflation.
