If you had to cash directly from the client you would also have payment fees from PayPal or any credit card clearance company.They are quite reliable IMO (I.e. they do pay you what is due).That said they have an awful user interface, very confusing and literally with wrong statements.

4plex are hard to find with the BRRR in Anchorage, I've been doing Direct Mailing and haven't got any call for a multi family, only single homes.

Good Morning Everyone, I am beginning a direct mail campaign to bring in more leads.

The owner has been speaking to me and my mother directly for years about selling to us and we're very excited to move forward.

I just bought my first batch of bandit signs and currently on the hunt for some good seller leads for a direct mail campaign.

The property is in great shape, and is move-in ready.With this transaction being direct buyer to seller, I'm not exactly sure how I should proceed.
