@Ben TheriaultOne thing to consider from your risk management/insurance side is it is more difficult to obtain insurance. 

This can be a difficult thing for foreign owners and every scenario is going to be different so we would strongly encourage you to consult with an accountant and/or a tax attorney that is familiar with your scenario. 

You may not like what they tell you, sometimes their requirements can be difficult to reasonably accomplish, but at least you have the info directly from the Building Dept. and can decide what to do from there. 

I have some money saved and would like to put that for downpayment and reviewing previous post I assume that getting a loan (mortgage) for a Series LLC will be even more difficult that for a regular LLC (which apparently is already tough).

Hello, I'm new so I apologize in advance if this is an idiotic question, it's just been difficult to weed through all the information online.I'm currently renting but I'm qualified for a FHA loan and was thinking of buying my first home sometime this summer.

After that point I'm sure you won't have a difficult time finding an investor with that budget at those rents.

I have begun the search to find a mobile home park for an upcoming 1031 exchange however i am finding it difficult to land on a fair offer price.
