If done right this helps people who do not currently ave the ability to buy to own a home... and when I fix up an EYE SORE home I help the neighbors and provide a good rental or owner financed home for another family.When I work with the "infill" development , we take unusable homes tear them down and rebuild brand new duplexes to rent to affordable housing needs (sec * and FEMA) and sell the Duplexes to investors that are like minded and want to better a neighborhood while they invest...I think I can some up Investing in real estate in " Instead of just making Money..
