But not one decent lead on getting a deal.I have gotten all of my PF leads from Zillow, auction.com, and from CL ads I placed offering help to anyone facing Foreclosure.After listening to a number of Podcasts and YT videos, Ive come to realize that maybe my best bet for decent PF leads would be from a RE Agent!?

If the house has selling factors that would be more marketable as a rental (eg level entry, usable land, A frames or gambrels are fairly popular, etc), that falls within your price range that would likely be your best bet

I bet you're not understanding what he means...or I'm not understanding what you're doing.When you're selling on a LO, you don't want the two agreements (lease and option) to be connected...which means no credits.
