Since I only put 3.5% percent down and have only owned it for two years, I definitely don't have enough equity in it yet to tap into that.

1) These things can be very local so definitely look into it with your permit office that oversees the property's address.  2) You should probably pay yourself a fair wage for what you put into your business.

Either you invest in the future with low cash flow or you go further out like some have suggested.Yes, property tax is a killer but the growth is definitely in terms of jobs growth and people moving to TX.

I would definitely talk with someone who currently lives in Indy as there are many different areas rapidly growing that only someone living here would have their pulse on. 

Definitely consider a 1031 exchange.
