Thanks for your contribution to the forums...you're the go-to expert for property management.Regarding STR, it's just like any other investment...location and property matter but magnified for STR.It's a little tough to take the article seriously based on the article title and headline on declining occupancy when occupancy is supposed to seasonally decline.

If you compare the value of the Dow to commodities over the past few years, even though the Dow is hitting *highs* in USD, it is steadily declining in value against oil/wheat/gold/silver ... which would indicate that both the dollar and the Dow are overvalued, and using one to evaluate the other is a bit misleading.3.
