I saw them in another thread but I’m under the impression they might not service out of state customers.

To fully drive the mental aspect home, think about if you owned a convenience store and a customer stole from you.

Also, their customer service is way better than a couple of the other services I tried. 

I understand that all the income generated by that property needs to go back into my IRA but in the future I’m going to want it to replace my W2 income.

Hello everyone,I am an experienced new construction and remodel Residential Contractor looking to connect with partners/customers.

so we are die-hard self-employed and needing to let go of the $10 decisions so we can make the '$10k' decisions as bp likes to say...So from my 'in the weeds' view: I need an office mgr, marketing mgr, rehab mgr and deal generator. 

So, my question:  Is there a broker friendly site or other that will charge me a flat fee just so I can get what I am wanting = MLS Access/tools/ability to view properties myself since I'll be an active RE Agent - and the broker will not care that I am not wanting to generate commissions?

I guess if you want to start out, it might be worthy to explore virtual assistant positions as a side hustle for real estate companies - help them gather data, compile customer data, etc.

I just wanted to add also that many syndications purposly utilize cost segregation to generate losses- but lot's of people can not deduct those losses in year incurred due to passive loss limits. 

This unit cost us $250,000 to build and generates an average of over $3000/ month.
