Red and Yellow work the best and dont worry about websites and other crap you don't need until your successful. 

This attitude that no one can start out and hustle and that they need a damn back account overflowing with cash to buy every deal they tie up is absolute crap. 

While I certainly appreciate the tips and tricks tutorial, I can't understand (or get on board with) the hatin' on yellowletters.com from the OP.

You may strike up a quick friendship and get a quick 5 minute tutorial.   

It has video tutorials that you can follow on putting this list together. 

And of course the wholesaler they don't give a crap they are not out anything maybe the whopping 100 bucks hey gave as a EM deposit.Real Estate in my mind is a real business and capital intensive and if your going to play the game you should get some capital behind you in some form so you can do deals without having to have all the stars align.Wholesalers in our market BUY the property.. our markets too hot that only an absolutely uneducated seller would fall for a option to purchase when they could just list and sell and close in 30 days for all cash to a bona fide purchaser...
