I plan to use Cozy to self manage and will switch if I feel that I can't handle it.The property has been on the market for 49 days and was originally purchased in August of 2018 for $100,000 which probably means it was a flip.

I'm in Minnesota right now when I get home I'll post some names Of guys I won't use again.For Granite - Heartland Granite - Owner Yoshen Maa (I may have mispelled his name but believe he's from Japan) - good dude - he had a Hispanic crew install the granite in 1 of my houses, not sure if they did the 2nd house as I wasnt there - was happy with it - they only pissed me off when they did my personal house - had my Ram air Transam with only 68k miles out of the garage so they could work and the dip***** were throwing granite dust all over it by cutting the granite right beside my car - My paint needed to have claybar used on it anyways to remove contaminants but regardless of what car was there they should have set up and cut somewhere else or given me the opportunity to park down the street.

Additionally, I had compressed air blown through the domestic water lines to completely clear them.The buyer wanted the water turned back on for inspections which is a reasonable request.
