@Brittny Kenaley check out Crown Construction, they do all the new builds (or a lot of them) out in Joshua Tree area, last we talked to them (middle of last year) they were not taking on new clients due to their work load.

Makes It easy if you get a construction line and to set up bill-pay for vendors and take in cash

So cap rates are generally low, construction costs are high thus the overall real estate in my market and City I live in is expensive.

Look for new construction subdivisions in your area and see if you can stop one day while they are working and ask them.
