I might try to wholesale it simply because its in a far away section of Dallas for me (I like to be within reasonable driving distance to all my rentals).With that being said is there any strategy I could use to Wholesale this house?

I think that is my best option but may not be because of the distance.

I don't flip houses, but I did sell a house long distance through a realtor because I was the executor.

Similar neighborhoods, geographic location and distance to main arteries and shopping/business areas;It takes years to gain enough experience to drop into an unknown area to be accurate and you must begin with knowing the area, the market, the economy and sales trends to obtain any accuracy, otherwise it's a guess.Keep reading, best thing is to go to appraisal sites and forums and just lurk, read the guidelines and the problems they have in the field. :)
