I recently bought my first BRRRR and am trying to figure out what I should do next as I feel like I am a bit in a bind.

Here’s my thinking so far: the property’s been on the market for over a year, and I know they had an offer for $500K.

I went to Google and searched for "New Jersey purchase agreement" and came up with a lot of options, including the official REALTOR contract.

I’m looking for some guidance on my next steps toward achieving financial freedom through real estate.My long-term goal is to acquire enough rental properties to secure my financial future.

As an agent, I think once you've assigned the contract to the LLC with an "addendum to the contract" you should just be signing as the LLC and whomever owns the LLC. 

Hoping to accomplish this in the next 3-months.

I moved into the property while getting it prepared for the next season so I could quailify for better loan options.
