@Andy BallesterOk, just to clarify.It doesn't seem like you've ever rented with housing choice vouchers before.It doesn't seem like you've ever owned rental real estate in Swissvale before.What I can tell you about both of those conditions is that is is difficult.

Due to the never ending development of small lot residential subdivisions and the proximity to the coast, many people, if they own boats or rv's, have no choice but to utilize a storage facility.

If you're objective is cash flow, I think Indy and KC are a great choice.
