@Andy BallesterOk, just to clarify.It doesn't seem like you've ever rented with housing choice vouchers before.It doesn't seem like you've ever owned rental real estate in Swissvale before.What I can tell you about both of those conditions is that is is difficult.

Let me also state that we are using the same agent as the seller (not my choice, my husband picked him... ugh), and this guy also LIVES in the house next door, his house is basically the same house as the one we are looking at.
