I'm new to investing and I'm searching for a few investor friendly title companies. 

The areas most of my landlord friends like are not going to be near as nice as Charles village.

My payments are $1,560 a month (interest only)  I do not have a problem making the payments now .The Private money loan is not a big deal it is a friend of mine and does other flips with me.

The seller had a legitimate reason for wanting to close that fast.... she was adopting a child and needed the money quickly to facilitate that.
