Water was over US 281 and washed a couple of hundred of the "household size" rolling dumpsters, a few boats and some portable generators and other rental stuff across the highway.We were "waterlocked" in our little city within a city as the only 3 ways out are through "low water" crossings.

@Bill Gulley I agree with you, but as mentioned you almost have to take into account that she will need to support her fiance and when you add utilities, cost of food, costs for maintaining those pets, gas, car insurance, etc., it does add up very quickly.

But this is what his point was: He says the typical response rate on a direct mail is 1% (which is about right, I think) and you should be able to close 1 out of every 25 leads (not sure how that number compares... thoughts?)
