I have already budgeted to replace them all anyways.In sticking with the thread topic, keep in mind that Brian was refering to an investor buyer who has the capability to purchase sight unseen and also has the willingness to view the property once seller has "verbally" agreed to the offer price or both have come to a compromise.J Scott - If you were playing the MLS numbers game and making over a hundred offers each month (or even 50), would you want to personally visit each one before making the offer?

I think the various law suits and now settlements have generated moratoriums and lender policies that we are not privy to.I see a couple hundred million a month of loans across all performance and from many of the big investment banks and other large private equity funds.

As long as you don't care if someone goes in and strips the place down, removes all appliances, sinks, cabinets, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, pulls wires out of walls, and carpet pulled from the floors, etc.

I signed it.Work began and a few change orders had to be made, one for $5,350 for plumbing, electrical, hvac another for $8,000 shingles, painting cabinets, staircase, I signed both.
