Not sure exactly how many units they have, but I'd guess over 100.I agree with @Liz Murphy that Laconia has had some modest appreciation the last couple of years.

I want to do this too but the problem is I just started my real estate journey 3 minutes ago and do not want to waste a lot of time listening to the podcast or researching the blog.

I think for now I will post helpful blogs and such and once we have a slightly bigger budget promote some posts.

Yes, it may come with some headaches as I am facing so many challenges in decision making what is the best way to do it but if there are no challenges then there is no fun.Currently am learning how to open up a youtube channel, starting a general life blog, trying to lose weight, learning to eat healthily, create a zen circle of positive friends.
