There is some amount of positive that you need to have in order to be prepared for some bigger expenses such as replacing a roof, water heater or a re-pipe or just new toilets in general.

Hey guys, someone told me to check out Bigger Pockets when I asked this question elsewhere, so I'll give it a whirl by seeing if anyone here has any opinions about this. 

With that being said, I am looking into getting an umbrella insurance for added protection.So my question is, are there any additional benefits of having a LLC manage the property?

I would also recommend getting at least a $1 million umbrella policy with your LLCs listed on it.

And if your SO cares about you and your future together (again assuming SO is significant other) then he/she should understand your desire to make your career a bigger priority and seeing you less in the meantime.I vote stay put at PM company because in the long run, where you are now is the better play.
