Some MLS have data from public records, so you could find all deed recordings belonging to a bank that are not listed for sale.

I currently - -Look for vacant property, talk to neighbors, try to contact the owners-Advertise in the local paper-Post bandit signs -am placing flyers in every local business that will allow me to -belong to the closest REIA -Actively look for wholesalers, landlords, anyone in the business that may be able to help/provide me with leads.

How does this happen and does it mean it's not worth bidding on... or if I got it that it would legally belong to someone else?
