Lake Havasu City is a beautiful town, but a party town in the summer which can bring many problems.

there is no national body representing landlords. there should be a lawsuit or lawsuits filed. unfortunately to file a lawsuit costs money (including a retainer) which is why individually this makes no sense. there should be  class action lawsuit but I do not see attorneys lining up.
