If the owner is being ridiculous decline your services if not in agreement with what is going on.Yes, commonsense would tell you let the tenant out of lease and move on with selling the house, buts the owner calls the shots.

If you get one bad review, you entire investment can be shot and when your reviews are based on either your upkeep or your manager and you get flooded and have two quick changeovers back to back in the summer, you will mess up.
