Hey everyone, I'm an entrepreneur and I've always been attracted to the many different facets in real estate investing, from income properties to flipping and whole selling.

My houses are unlikely to attract many lawyers.  

My goal is to buy SFRs under $30k, fix them up so that I can attract good, long-term renters.

If I find myself attracting the wrong sorts of people, I don't look outward for solutions. 

One thought I have about BP is that although RE is a powerful mechanism to build wealth that it's widespread popularity can make some who should not be In RE try and fail and go two steps backwards.

In the buy and hold game its as important your property is attractive, easily maintained and well located - as it is what you pay for it.

I have a hunch that this mobile home will still be here in another couple weeks should you decide to come back if you don't find anything better.Concerning your question about finding handyman, asking park managers is a good start and placing an ad in the Craigslist "gigs" section describing the labor will also attract some handymen looking to work.
