There are plenty of great online apps out there but an excel spreadsheet remains the most secure (local), flexible and cheapest alternative for property management. 

The same boiler will increase it's input as high as 120,000 BTU's for domestic hot water so there is always plenty of hot water for showers and sinks.Another nice feature for you as the owner is the ability to monitor and and make adjustments to these boilers via a smart phone app. 

I know there apps that probably do something similar but I think putting it to paper is more effective.

Another tip: Evernote has a Business Card reader allowing you to click a photo of a business card and the app gives you the choice to instantly add the contact to your contacts and/or email your new contact your contact info.
