It may boost your income by giving you opportunity to earn commissions on real estate transactions in addition to imparting useful knowledge.Start with small-scale real estate endeavors.

Both companies suck but do have impressive customer service outcomes from recent complaints.  

My best advise is to simply listen to your investor and tell him or her if you can provide the level of service being asked for. 

I've also found a lot of service providers and those who sell mentorship programs push their clients towards these neighborhoods because there are no barriers of entry.

Additionally, achieving a good ROI requires a great property manager, so it's not solely about having the right property in a good location.

I think the thing to remember is that housing rentals are a customer service business and sometimes you’ll have to spend more time with one building than another.

So I'll initially start with the minimum loan size with some cash reserves taking up the additional space between there and purchase price.   

I also got licensed in Florida at the end of 2023 so we can continue to invest and create additional income to put into a buying fund.I'm excited to be here to learn and connect with other investors and realtors.
