There are a lot of San Antonio folks pretty active around here.  

I attended some of those free seminars when I was on active duty.

That being said, I am also actively looking in the following areas: West side, and either eastern or western heights.

We'll be making it a point to be active at local REI meetings to connect with others. 

Put in bath fans that run constantly on a low setting but when activated run on a high setting.

Kathy (can't tag you on the app),That's why I said at the end of my post encouraging to hear from some locals in south Florida and mentioned some keywords lolI don't currently know anyone who's a successful commercial real estate investor but I am becoming more active at meet ups and with being more vocal so I hope to find that in time. 

By being active in the Forums and using BP, my goal is make new contacts and build mutually beneficial relationships. 

I've been an active listener of the BP podcast for a couple of months now and I can't believe I waited this long to join. 

Get licensed and then you have OPTIONS--lots of them.ADVERTISING properties one does not own, unless licensed, is a BROKERAGE activity.
