Virginia Market Report   @Russell Brazil I often see you trying to explain to some of the BP members that you have properties that started off with a little cash flow but since the cash flow in the DMV grows so quickly your numbers look good on those properties some people may have passed up when they only look at cash flow at the time of acquisition.
