Thanks Dan.Yeah, I'm a little weary of doing this; sure it sounds great, as they do provide all of the marketing and overhead, but I'd only get "around 30%" of any whole sale deal.

well due to the whole financial crisis and government takeover of one of our biggest mortgage lenders all the mortgage companies made their lending policies extremely strict and realistically now a buyer needs to have around 20-30% deposit for most lenders. they also generally will not lend more than 2.5 times the amount you earn in a year. then the introduction of hips (home information packs) august 2007 caused a huge flood of houses being put on the market because people wanted to avoid the cost of the hips this meant that values of houses dropped drastically and a hell of a lot of people went into negative equity and in 1 month in particular house prices went down by 9%...in a MONTH!!

Maybe we should be protesting the election of Obama or the magical votes now appearing in the MN Senate race.BTW, this whole mess exists because government stuck its nose into the issue of marriage so they could tax it through licenses and then give tax benefits in the interest of promoting "family".This is all just so silly.

Especially one triggered by their breech of a contract.You could remind them it would be far less traumatic for you to make your current buyers whole than it would be for them to have a foreclosure permanently attached to every mortgage application they fill out from now on.
