Been going on 4 years now and have never had a problem and it always gets great reviews. 

It will be interesting to see how the business evolves in the coming years but my hunch is anyone who is charging hourly unless they have significant credentials will be pushed to the side.

Baht is going to take a beating the next couple of years too I expect.Maybe Japan. 

We discussed that in 2 years he would either sell, Rent it out ( and we co own the rental)  or buy me out of my share at present market value.  

Plus even if title squeaky clean, most title companies will require that you hold it for a year before they will insure a subsequent transfer.Caveat emptor.
