Of course, you are building a team of people to lean on, and you are perfectly willing to compensate them for their work.But some of the problems with managing properties way down in C and D is that the property manager simply doesn't get paid enough according to the kinds of fee structures and arrangements that are most common in their business, doesn't have the resources to do a good job (namely, the time), and frequently doesn't really know enough, to do the kind of job these properties (and these tenants) need.
