The leadership training opportunities are great.

They have free training with a little searching or AutoCad has a free student version if you have a student in school and you can get up to 3 computers installed.

Focus on re-training these tenants if you need to.

I am on day 3 of training and I could not be happier with my choice.

Start with what you have and form new relationships off the strengths of your network. 

I had 3 houses under contract and all fell through because people either wanted too much, wouldn't budge, or it would require a total rehab in which I do not have the time for as I am going to a training exercise for 2 months.
