@Carter Anderson unless you're a pool guy, I would recommend calling a local shop and inquiring about the annual maintenance contract for such an amenity.

So to me it is still not a "one stop shop" when researching, but again it is a nice concept for those that don't already have spreadsheets/calculators and a research system in place.Someone who is more active in the short term rental market here might have a better review on their AirBnB estimates.That's my 2 cents at least after doing a few searches.

These aren’t like crazy good deals but they are good bundlesAre you advertising for them on BP or something cause the question seems sillyDon’t overlook the lack of quality is some of these bundles but these seem like pretty ok deals to me.Could do better shopping around on my own individually or with a commercial account somewhere else
