The new release is removing the ability to contact guests by hiding their emails and phone numbers and filtering them in the messaging.Given the fact VRBO is awful in vetting the guests, this is going to make them less desirable.I guess I was lucky to use my last "long stay" (3 weeks) out of vrbo just 2 weeks ago for this August.

I believe we should celebrate, respect, and empathize with all people.

If you are holding their possessions and refusing to release them without payment, you would end up in a world of hurt here.

Once the contractor has completed work and then an inspector goes out and reviews, they will release the funds.

Hypothetical scenario being: I place funds in a repair credit escrow, seller hires my contractor of choice for the job, repair credit gets released to seller to pay contractor, insurance now approves a policy for the house, and we close.
