That narrow view notwithstanding, there are a few things I'm seeing that I feel commercial landlords should be aware of.First, leasing to a cannabis-related company will almost certainly impact your Lessor's Risk policy on a commercial property.

Hey BP..I had to share this story because not only did I think it was unprofessional but also lazy.So my current insurance agent couldn't quote or write a insurance policy on a property due to the "boundaries" mind you, they cover the property literally right next door.
