Hey BP..I had to share this story because not only did I think it was unprofessional but also lazy.So my current insurance agent couldn't quote or write a insurance policy on a property due to the "boundaries" mind you, they cover the property literally right next door.

What is BPs policy for posting this awful contractor's info here to make sure he never works with any BP member again.

Depends on what bills and the policy of the company/jurisdiction that they are owed to.

@Sam Zawatsky So maybe I am not understanding this but as a property owner (PM or no PM) you should have a liability policy on your property.   

My policy is that they pay the deposit in full within 24 hours.
