If you're like most wholesalers, you put no money in and can just walk without any risk and not close.If you're a buyer that got shook down by a wholesaler and had to put in real non-refundable money - Ask for it back and good luck, they'll probably tell you to pound sand.

The tenant would have received government stimulus so should have paid something during that time.I think $9000 is too much to walk away from and putting another couple thousand in their pocket is just something I would refuse to do personally.
