There isn't one objective "best."

My question is what would you put as an objection and should I pursue this property given the specifics?

Funny, someone just called with this exact question while I was typing that first sentence.

Real Estate terms are really a new 'language' and I get discouraged knowing there is good information in a post, but I don't get the full meaning of the sentence without looking up abbreviations.  

- "because xyz" - "ok but we're going to do xyA, not xyZ" - "ok but you still can't do it" - and one by one I overcame all objections (btw this is one where you ask the end-lender what to write in the contract, not the other way around).

This is not accounting for repairs, cap ex, vacancy or reserves.. negative cash flowSometimes the low interest rate can cloud your overall view of the asset, but you have to be objective.

After searching and searching through these forums and through different search engines online, I cant seem to find any objective opinions of Bill Bronchicks mentoring program.
