When you have a license you are bound to all the rules and regulations that go along with having that license and that includes disclosing the fact that you are a licensed agent.If you are planning to buy and sell land off market, you will just need to make sure that all parties are aware that you are a licensed agent but only acting on your own behalf and not representing any other interest but your own.

What it means is that more landlords will be breaking the law knowingly or unknowingly in most cases.In our jurisdiction because the regulations are so tenant friendly operating and protecting our business interests make it almost impossible not to bend the law to the limits.

I don't know what your exact plans are in terms of flipping or holding but Airbnb has treated me well here and I plan to keep expanding on that (most likely in the Downtown area) especially since Fresno is WAY under the radar of Airbnb regulations.
