If I understand your message, you already have an agent - have you signed their buyers rep agreement ?

They have really been giving that exact same Doom & gloom message for a long time though and If you say it long enough you will be right.  

Lenders have changed the way that they lend and are being more conservative in many instances to mitigate risk. shoot me a message when youre ready I'll give you the contact info to a few lenders with really strong programs s that you can start to shop them, this way when the dust settles not the pandemic you'll have a few options and new relationships.

Again I was ok with idea that I can't liquidate in bear market.But fundrise refused redemption even when request was received prior to downturn.This is main message.

In other words the answer is ALWAYS NO if you do not ask.But if you ask the answer it may be YES.if you are more on the Timid side sometimes (as some younger people are around ore experienced people), you might want to think about sending him the question in a Text Message.
