Hello BP,I have used the same screening service for my last two tenants and although the credit checks are  completed and returned promptly, the background check usually takes 5-7 business days.  

I am a native NYer living in NC for last 13 years now and love it here!

He also indicated that he had also purchased a business last year and the credit report shows what appears to be related debt.
