My thoughts are on the difficulties of finding boots on the ground and out of state contractors among other key players when it comes to out of state REI.

I am currently in process of converting my primary house into a rental property while I move to my new primary house.

I also learned that if I buy in the fall/winter, expect vacancy until it is over, as no one really wants to move during that time.

I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth.

Both said they would never move back there.

You could offer them $500 AFTER they move out and hand over the keys and give them 24 hours to respond or just start with the eviction.
