Hi @Brianna M. , I can't speak to California specific rules but in Mass if that agent drafted the offer and presented the offer to the sellers on your behalf than you would have to see it through with that agent.

Now, steel, in MI is very similar in cost to shingles.

We do a ton of construction loans more than purchase and refi.In Michigan my average loan amount is 200k so the rise doesn't effect us really.  

I have a few deals. I'm a new investor. Looking to start a relationship with a contractor. I have a 2 family flat that needs complete rehab up first.
