A lot of family’s that come to the island want the typical “American” Home. 4 bed/3bath 2 car garage with a dishwasher.

A kitchen with an island and quartz countertops costs more that one without an island and granite. 

Hi I’m looking for a multi family , duplex, triplex property to do house hacking for the very first time in Rhode Island.

One potential upside is that, being in Hawaii, you may have better connections to local banks in the islands.
