I talked to Mark and he remodeled interior walls to change the bedrooms, no living room. its basically a good sound insulated 4 unit house just like says on the description on zillow.

It needs the entire interior including doors painted.

I am in the process of purchasing a property in Stamford, CT and the place needs a basic interior cosmestic renovation (i.e. replacing floor, changing out plumbing fixtures, updating kitchen, installing new appliances etc).

As a matter of procedure, I would always recommend doing an interior and yard inspection before allowing any additional pets, mostly for documentation purposes.
