Has anyone ever gotten a loan for a hotel?

I lived in a camper waiting for rehab to be done two weeks then a hotel for a couple days.

I have a client that needs financing for a hotel in New Orleans.

My question is - what are the major road blocks for making an apartment building into a 'remote check-in' hotel of sorts?   

However, while I was still trying to arrange for a structural engineering firm to inspect the balcony, the 7028 was approved and I was issued the hotel use license.

He can be refunded for any days he does not occupy, but if he pushes the issue, some jurisdictions say you need to put him up in a hotel for the day or so.

They would treat it like a hotel.

If the house is livable and you're already offering her $xx in hotel costs you've definitely gone beyond.

There  appears to be more house flipping gurus making  tours of the country offering FREE house flipping talks at hotels  including meals and free gadgets.
