Promised mentoring, homes that give returns that can be bought while at the Las Vegas intensive, money back guarantee etc etc etc, spend your $$$$ and get 0000, zero, goose eggs in mentoring, the promised homes that have built in returns and renters in them are sometime vacant; it is a scam and will cost tens of thousands of dollars for a notebook full of out dated material that the intensive says is worth every penny.

Since your goal is to buy and hold you would have to refinance into a longer term loan once the rehab is complete and the property is stabilized with renters.If by "full" financing you meant was not personally guarantee your loans- in most cases you will not be able to do this anymore.
