I do think there are times when these REIAs like the Baltimore REIA and MAREIA have events that have content worth checking out but I would not become a member.. usually you can pay at the door as a guest, then write if off your expenses, lol.  

I won't mention any names, but one guru is sending out emails regularly about private money gold mine, where it tells you about someone local who wants to lend at x% (sometimes 5 or 6%, or 10%) and how many dollars they want to lend.  

There is a light at he end of the tunnel and hopefully a pot of gold. 

There are many success stories, but few who have chosen to be humble and show the world that status symbols are not the real definition of their achievement.

If you don't want to look at the numbers and real evidence then you don't see that gold and silver is where it is at when the collapse happens.
