You can also use online sourced like whitepages.com and if all else fails, talk to the people still living there.

Also there are a handful of hard money online lenders that would be able to do it however it would be at a higher rate. 

I can’t find anything online that answers this question.

Buying lists online or not?

Hi @Dawn Platt ,posting your property listing online is the best way to reach potential tenants.

@Christopher Murphy do some researching online in your local market for what a 2 beds and 1 beds are renting for.

Ford Motor Co. has just announced they will be building a new manufacturing plant approximately 12 miles from this property which is scheduled to come on line in 2025.  

I would do some searching online for companies that market as, “we buy houses”, or, “sell my house fast Utah”.

If the property is in a rural area and there's not any properties nearby, look online for "For Rent" properties that are similar to this one after it's fixed up...you can then look on the county GIS to see what their tax value is and extrapolate (guess, estimate) what yours would be valued at ARV.
