Hi Bps,When people invest in Mobile Homes, they invest in getting the land and rent the lots?

I'd really like to get this property but after running the numbers, I'd like to offer them closer to $160k because that's the only way I see it working, the rent will have to increase for the home, and I don't know much about mobile homes so I'm not sure if that amount to rent the lot is fair or not.

@Pam Davis When moving a mobile home, it's best to work with a professional mover.

She closes the loan this week with a mobile notary like I did.  

I just think that the Masters will help me with upward mobility at a large firm or help gain investor confidence for my own deals.
